Yes... I went to prom!
Did I never mention this? No? ...Oops.
Angel's brother's best friend, Kody, asked Angel out to prom, as friends, so her brother asked me. As I call it, the perfect double date.
I really liked my dress. It was black, with a light, see-through material that went around the skirt and split down the middle. I added some criss-crossing ribbon to the back of the dress.
Our mothers wanted us to get manicures after school Friday (the day of prom), so we did (they gave us money for it). It was... Not worth it. Nice, yes, but it took 40 minutes for her to do each of us, and only about 7 minutes was actually painting the nails! This wasn't very good for people on a time limit. D:
We ate at Applebee's.
After we ate, we had about 20 minutes unil 8 o'clock. The prom started at 8, and we didn't want to be the first people there, so we went to Best Buy. :DD
Angel wanted to look at iPods, but it was 3 to 1, and Kody, Tyler (her brother), and I headed straight to the video games. XDD (I think they might have been following me a bit...) We hung out around there, then ended up playing Rock Band in our prom garb... Eye of the Tiger FTW!
Tyler missed the ramp, so we arrived at prom about 20 minutes later than we would have liked. =.=
I danced more than I have in my life that night! We were just sitting around, or standing around, chatting (Me, Angel, Kody, Tyler, Plushie, and a few times Josh and Fetus joined briefly), but that wasn't good enough for Angel. No, she wanted to dance. And because she was so determined, I refused. Then Plush got in on it, attempted to drag me to the floor, but I held my ground! >:D (laugh) They gave up... But yeah, I ended up (somehow) on the dance floor. I must admit, I had a lot of fun dancing. :D They played the Cha Cha Slide, Angel's favourite song, once, of course. And I slow danced with Plushie (after Angel took a few minutes of "Ask her! Come on! Do it! She's waiting! Darnit, Plushie, just ask her!" ...Thanks, Ange). That's the first time I've ever really slow-danced (er, with a boy... I've done it with my female friends many times before XD), and it was a bit awkward, but it was pretty nice, too. ^_^
We saw Iron Man 2 after prom, and Plushie tagged along. I was falling asleep pretty much throughout the entire movie, so I didn't enjoy it like I could have, but it was still a pretty good film (first one was better).
I got to bed at 3:00 am that night (morning?). That threw my sleeping schedule off so much.
Yeah, I had a great time.

Yeah, we ended up at the wrong place first time we arrived, we were at Hawk Hollow or something like that. The people we were following apologized like non stop.
Iron Man 2 was okay, the first one was definetly better, I was falling asleep slightly too. Hahaha.
