It's New Years Eve! I'm just going to watch a bunch of movies tonight. Tomorrow I'm going shopping with some friends. Yay! ^^

It snowed! There is snow on the ground! How dare you sky, HOW DARE YOU?! (It rained last week and there was barely any snow and it was getting pretty warm... Dangit!)

Four days until Christmas! It doesn't feel like Christmas here at all. We don't even have a tree yet! My father and I went to get one yesterday, but it's still in the back of the truck. I put up some lights around the windows in the dining room, and a tiny tree on the table, but that's all the decor in this house. T_T
I wasn't feeling too well, so I didn't go to school last Thursday. Then on Friday we had a snow day (it was blizzardy!). So no more school for two weeks!
Friday my family and I went to see Yes Man. That's actually a pretty good movie! I really liked it.

Sorry about this mindless post.

Yesterday was an interesting day. I mostly hung out with my friend, Donald. Fun! ^^ Then I had to go with my mother to drop some stuff off for this auction we're going to today, but when we got there, there was some Christmas thing going on and no on setting up for the auction! (It's being held at a school.) So that was a waste of an hour. T_T But when I came back home, I IMed Donald and had an email convo with another friend, Erik. Aaand I went to bed at 1:oo am. And that was my day.

Well... I was pretty pissed earlier today... On the bus today, one of my classmates saw me sit down next to my guy-friend, and, of course, we received the usual question. "Are you guys going out?" T_T We get asked that a lot. But then, this guy wouldn't shut up! He is SO obnoxious. About ten minutes later he practically shouted, "*bleep* likes Courtney!" (the bleep is my guy-friend's name.) THAT was embarresing. And he kept going on! So I turned around and told him to SHUT UP. That kinda ruined the bus ride. The stupid comment, not what I said. We just kinda sat there... Incredibly embarrassed... Not talking... Well, I'm not sure if he was embarressed, but I'm sure that he was. GAH.

Then, later yet, that same obnoxious guy, after confessing his love to a middle schooler ("TORI! I love you! Tori! Tori! Tori! This is my song to you! [<-- The song on the radio] TORI!") he leaned over the seat and asked my guy-friend, "Is this your song to Courtney?" T_T GREEEAAT. Make an already very uncomfortable bus ride even MORE uncomfortable. Thank you very much!

It was about five minutes later that I realized that that song was a happy break-up song (a guy singing about how much better his life is now that she's gone).

So... Last Friday I spent the night at Chelsie's with a bunch of my friends (Katie, another Katy, Stacey, and Angel). It was muy fun! We watched a TON of movies (The Outsiders, The Invisible, Kung-Fu Panda, Jeff Dunham, The Simpsons Movie, and Patch Adams. After I left they also watched Jackass unrated... I'm SO glad that I wasn't there when they did! Angel told me that she spent most of the movie looking AWAY.

Yeah... Well, my internet is down. Partly. I can get on websites, but I can't do some things... Like reply to messages on dA or browse through art on dA, or check my page on dA... Yeah, I want to be on dA.
Like always, there is nothing going on. Really. Unless you want to hear about my Bio and Health tests! ...Yeah. Didn't think so.
Hmm...! Maybe I'll go on a walk. After I get some food! I'm hungry!

Today in History class, we did a reiactment (major spelling issues!) of Ellis Island. It was actually pretty fun! We went through three stations... One where they looked at our "birth certificate" (which we created in three minutes before we went down to the Media Center) and gave us a new name. T_T I was... Basketball Court! What kind of name is that?! Of course, I suppose it is better than what my male friend's name was changed to... Michelle! XDDD
Then, after they stole most of my "money" at the currency exchange station, I went to the, eh, station where they see if you're healthy. I refused to do the chicken dance, so I was quarentined. T_T ...And that is the story behind that strange signature!

I've posted this before, on my old blog. However, when I posted it then, everybody seemed to overthink it. It's just funny, okay?! I'm not insulting the US or anything... I didn't even make this up! Just... Don't overthink it. :)

Only in America... do we use answering machines to screen calls and then have call waiting so we won't miss a call from someone we didn't want to talk to in the first place...
Only in America... do we buy hot dogs in packages of ten and buns in packages of eight...
Only in America... do we use the word politics to describe the process so well. Poli in Latin meaning many and tics meaning blood sucking creatures...
